Within the Mecene Investment team, Blaise is responsible for investments in Francophone Africa.

Blaise has an extensive experience and an outstanding track record in Private Equity Investment in Africa. Prior to joining AfriCap, he spent 6 years as Investment Officer for CININVEST, a Central African Private Equity Fund based in Cameroon. During the early stages of hos career, he worked both in the Microfinance Industry with ACEP Cameroon. Blaise also worked as internal auditor for one of the leading Microfinance institutions in Cameroon. He holds a Masters Degree from the Catholic University of Central Africa.

Blaise is fluent in French and English.
